Tires can be taken to either Cedar Rapids Solid Waste Agency location.  Rates for tires are:

Small - (car, pick-up, light truck) - $1 - $2
Medium - (straight or semi truck) - $10 - $15
Large - (tractor) - $25

They may also be swapped out with a retailer when purchasing new tires.
