Cover & Secure Your Load!
All loads entering the Solid Waste Agency must be covered and secured or will be subject to a fine. This includes all residential and commercial customers, pickup trucks and trailer loads.
Covering and securing prevents materials from blowing out, averting accidents and litter. Violators will be fined up to $50.00. Agency staff have been mandated to enforce this policy on behalf of all Linn County communities.
